Description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who provide leadership and strategic direction in the marketing activities of an organisation. They analyse, design and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual and managerial competencies. Their knowledge base may be highly specialised or broad within the marketing field. These individuals are often accountable for group outcomes and for the overall performance of the marketing function of an organisation.
Entry Requirements
Entry to this qualification is limited to those individuals who:
- have completed all core units in BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communications.
- 18 years or older
- IELTS 5.5 or higher; or completion of any equivalent ELICOS program
- Satisfactorily completed the equivalent of Australian year 12, Diploma or higher
Job roles
Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include:
- marketing director
- marketing strategist
- national, regional or global marketing manager.
Course Delivery
At CAC courses are delivered in the Classroom with simulated work environment. Delivery is a minimum of 20 hours per week over 3 days.
